Sir i hav started my articleship from 22 oct 2011 and took transfer on 20 july 2012 and he had show 152 leaves of me and afterthat i hav joind in any other firm and still doing and havnt taken a single day leave so plz tell me when i v"ll eligible to give final attempt ,i think i cn giv may 2014 bt som i said no u cnt sir is it any procedure to give may 14 attempt anyhow tell me

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
So If your 30 months is going to be completed with excess leave on or before 30.04.2014 then you will be eligible for May 2014 attempt.
