30 May 2012 I Have join articleship in a firm in Noida. In January but My Residential Address is Palam(New Delhi-110045) Due To long distance i cant Retain Time for Study can I claim for articleship due to above ground?.This Is my first year of article ship kindly suggest me your reply is very helpful for me

30 May 2012 As per the rules and regulation of ICAI in regards to transfer of articleship, you need not to provide any reason for transfer if it is your 1st year of articleship.
So you can easily get transfer..
