05 November 2014 sir,

my principal is not giving me leaves for preparation of final exams as given i already a 15 days notice as per the rule.

also he says that i will not sign your exam form.

so please guide what would be the circumstances if i not goes to ofc.

05 November 2014 going on leave without permission is not an option for you. you better try and confince him...futher how many leaves are you asking for?

06 November 2014 i required about 5 months leave as i have not completed any of subjects till now

06 November 2014 5 months leave is not even permitted by ICAI rules friend....he has every right to deny you this
