04 January 2017 Dont do like that. ICAI has started becoming more and more strict in disciplinary matters.

04 January 2017 Never ask for remedy to a WRONG action. There seems to be a growing tendency on the part of NEW generation/breed of CA articles to take ICAI for a ride. The days are not far off when ICAI will impose serious penalties and that too with retrospective effect. I know a case where the articled did articleship from Bengaluru and regular College from Kothagudem, Telangana. The case is going on.
