I am pursuing B.COM from Gujarat University (External Course) then my question is that am I required to fill Form No 112 while registering for articleship?

Dear Bhagyesh,
During doing CA if u r doing any other course u need to fill form no 112 along with form no 103.
In your case u have to submit form no 112
