Articleship in investment banking firm

11 July 2012 I have an urgent query..If I join an investment banking firm(which is not a CA firm)for my articleship, do I have to get officially registered with any CA firm for my articleship registration in ICAI.
Does this create any job problems after my CA final exams?
And finally from which firm would I get the 3 yr articleship certificate?(from CA firm or that invstmnt banking firm?

You cant do articleship with any Company. You have to do it CA firm only. However after completing your 2+ yrs articleship you can opt Industrial Trainning option.
