hello sirmy articleship training has been completed this year sir i wanted to knw about the extension process sir i had done 1 year training under some other principal in which i had an excess holidays of 84 dayzzz under current employer i had holiday of 90 dayzz where i had done articleship for a period of 2 yrs 22 dayzz plzzz tell me how much total time my articleship is extented plzzzz reply as soon as possible

because when i took the transfer within 1 yr of articleship I received ta letter from institute stating that i have excess leave of 84 days which i have to serve after completing 3 yrs of training

under first employer 13/03/2013 to 22/02/2014 excess holidayz of 84 dayssecond employer -- 22/02/2014 to 12/03/2016 total holidays 90 daysmy employer has signed my form bt he has extented my training... saying that in first i had excess leave of 84 dayz

i have not yet send my articleship completion form as well as extension form inthe institute???what are the procedure now ???

The leaves are to be counted over a period of 3 years. It might be true that you had an excess leave of some days as on 22/02/2014. Find out the position of LEAVE (excess or otherwise) as on 12/03/2016. If the it comes out to be EXCESS, then only you have to serve extra articleship, otherwise NOT. First send the form 108 immediately to ICAI, you have already made a delay in submitting the same. Then ICAI will intimate you about your excess leave, if any. Then undergo the supplementary articleship.
