Please reply/answer this.

I am very much confused with respect to my Articleship completion date and CA final attempt.

I have joined articles on September 21st 2012 and then took a transfer on September 18th 2013.

And then rejoined on October 29 2013.

Kindly tell me, when my articleship will finish on 31st october or on 1st nov 2015.

and whether i am eligible to attempt May 2015.

Kindly reply.

Here is a summary of my Articles

Date of 1st Joining : September 21st 2012,
Continued till : September 18th, 2013,

Rejoined on : October 29, 2013

20 February 2014 Ur Articleship will end on 20th of September 2015.

& u can appear 4 ur final after completing 30 months of ur Training.

20 February 2014 But will they not count the one and half month on which i was not employed.. I mean from 18th September to 29th October. ??

20 February 2014 U r without article ship for a month.
Ur actual completion date of articleship is on 20th sep 2015(as u joined on 21sep 2012) so 36 months from 21st sept comes to 20th sept 2015. But as u transferred & was not in practice training for 1 month hence it should b 1 month later i.e, 28th oct 2015.

I m sorry it was mistakenly typed as 20th.
