Dear All Please Revert on the belowmention query asap
I start my articleship training as on 23 mar 2011 and taken the transfer as on 16 feb 2012 and mention 102 leaves in my 109 form.
Again i re-registered on 26apr2012 for rest of period. I recevied a letter from icai related to acceptance of transfer and there wae also mention that my articleship extended by 62 days due to excess leave.
And now please suggest me hom much leaves i should show in my 108 form so that i escape myself from extension
Pls rply asap as i hv to apply for membership

AS UR LEAVE IS EXCESS BY 62, U HAVE TO REDUCE LEAVE BY ATLEAST 62
..
Atleast u may reduce 70 leaves to avoid extension

But ICAI may or may not agree for revision in FORM 108
.
