Tough and very common situation. I suggest you to have pationance and talkt o your senior or partner for some work. in the menwhile you can learn IFRS yourself. I am sure everything is for the good oonly and you will get it on the right time. When this right timwe will come i cant say !! "Believe that everything is for good" there is no practicle solution for your prob. You can also try out through CA Inst.
