17 December 2011 I want 2 take transfer from my current firm. i have just completed 3 months there. What is the procedure for taking transfer.
Is my employer can restrict from doing so??
Do i need to give reasons for transfer to institute ??
Actually the firm sends on outstation for a long period and at the time I have to attend my college(regular). It's really difficult to cope with the attendance.

17 December 2011 No regular course can be undertaken during the Articleship period.U can do any additional course in distance only.

U can take transfer from your current firm by showing the reasonable reason to ICAI i.e Fathers transfer,Health problem etc.

Sending for audit to outstation is not the reasonable ground to take transfer...
