My pcc articalship training was completed on 14-10-2011. But because of some reason i am not able to sent the article completion form to icai.. Now what is the procedure for sending late that form.

You have to submit applicable fine.
Submit your form alongwith the DD for fine and an application letter mentioning a genuine reason for delay in submission of your form.
