04 September 2011 dear sir/madam,
i have completed my nearly one month articleship . i have just passed my both groups of ipcc in the may 2011 exam of which result came on 8th aug. but i m not yet registerd for ca final neither for articleship. will my one month articleship will be considered valid and if yes then what should i do for that.i had started my articleship after my result came out i.e from 11th aug.plz reply

04 September 2011 Yes, u r one month article ship will be consider but u have to pay penalty along with u r CAFINAL & ARTICLESHIP fee for submitting form 102 after one month of commencement of articleship as well as u have to submit proof of staifund paid to u by ur employee. However u r articleship commenced from 11th aug so u have time to submit ur form 102 upto 10th sep then above provision not applicable so u send immediately ur form 102.
