27 May 2011 Sir, i am doing c.a. completed my article ship, bt my leave days are more than allowed period.. My principal has denied to sign form 108 as he is compeling me to do the extension period with him, if i refuses then he threats me to enter more leaves, bt i dnt want to join here for extended period of traing.. PLS suggest me any remidy for me.

As you have exceeded the Leaves, your Articleship Period is not yet complete in effect.
You have to make up for those extra days. if you do not want to continue with your Present CA, you can get transfer. But you have to complete the Period anyhow.

27 May 2011 But sir he is saying i will sign form 108 on a condition that if i will first execute new deed to serve the extention period under him only.

Such a condition is not as per the Rules.
You may write to ICAI and get your Problem resolve.

Every Member is bound to follow Rules made by ICAI.

So he can’t show Leaves as per his discretion or which is more than the “Acutal”.
Still if you find any difficulty, you should take up the matter to the Institute with the complete details of your case.
