I am a final student and my articleship period is remaining just 3 months...but my principal is forcing me to take termination...since i took 5 more days leave additional to the sanctioned study leave for last Nov 2010 exam....
He is not allowing me continue in the office....nw i heared that institute will not allow to take termination during the last one year without the listed reasons...
Wht can I do..pls help me...
