05 July 2008 Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing a difficult situation.

Today, I am a qualified company secretary and have cleared P.E.II as well.

Now, there are two directions, one of CS and other of CA

As I am getting paid very handsome salary, how can i compromise with articleship stipend?

Unfortunately, I am very eager to pursue my career as C.A.

What should I do?

ALSO ITS NOT CERTAIN IN C.A. THAT HOW MANY ATTEMPT YOU WILL TAKE FOR CLEARING THE FINAL EXAM. SO YOU CAN DECIDE WITH ALL PROSPECTS OF YOUR CAREER AND RESPONSIBILTY.
