I am Abhinav student of PCC. Can anyone tell me can I register myself registered under my brother CA registration number? My brother is CA and working professional.

As per my knowledge one article is allowed for working professional CA. Please confirm or any other possibility.

No, my brother is in pratice. He is salaried person still I can register under his CA registration. Please confirm.

15 December 2009 IF your brother is working with a CA as a salaried person then it will be considered as part time practice and you can got registered with him.
