when r the forms 102,103 for articleship actually filled? what is the procedure for filling them exactly?
pls advise.

Form 102 is the deed of articles that you need to execute with your employer (principal) for undergoing the articleship training. Form 103 is for registration of your articleship with the institute.
Both are required to be executed and submitted when you are going to take up articleship training.
