22 November 2015 I have completed my articleship. I have also sent the form 119 to icai and my principal. He is not signing the form 108 till now. My articleship completed on 31st of October,2015.
What shall I do?
As per CA regu,he shall sent 108 to icai within 3 months,if not,form 119 shall be service certificate.But when i went to articles section, they were completely unaware of this and said form 108 is only to be submitted. I told them also about regulations and they only know form 108.
What shall i do?
Shall i wait for 3 months?
