17 October 2015 Iam unable to do my articles under the present auditor due to some reasons.so I want to know that whether I can take termination from the auditor and join another auditor.i want to know whether my final attempt will get disturbed or not.and if it happens wat are the precautions should I take to prevent the delay ofy fina attempt.i completed 4 months of my articleship.kindly explain me the solution clearly

31 October 2015 one month of gap can hit your final attempt.. so check with the gap and calculate your completion date....

try to minimize the gap by taking new joining from back date ...!!

05 February 2016 Ankita madam , thank you for your valuable reply . I took termination from the present employer some 10 days back. While taking termination sir asked me the reason . i told sir that iam going to chennai so i want termination. But what happened is i was unable to find a firm that suits me there . my auditor made me to write a letter as i was going to chennai while giving me termination. He sent that letter along with form 109 to icai. I was in my first year of articleship. So i left the idea of chennai and thinking of joining in the same city . will letter cause any issue .
