Do I have to submit form 102 or do I have to find a firm before last date 30/04/2015? i.e. can I submit form after 30/04/2015 while I have joined a firm on 16/04/2015?

Yes your can do that in my view... Still wait for some more expert view.. date of article ship must start before 30 th april
