28 February 2015 Sir i hav completed 1year and 5 months articleship period..now i want to take transfer from my principle..so is there any provision relating to transfer without any delay in attempt..as my principal said he will deduct all leaves and he is calculating leveas of 164 days.. by showing this will it effect my attempt ??

28 February 2015 ther is no provision dear... either if u can take back date transfer... and back date registration to a new CA
