Sir i hav completed 1year and 5 months articleship period..now i want to take transfer from my principle..so is there any provision relating to transfer without any delay in attempt..as my principal said he will deduct all leaves and he is calculating leveas of 164 days.. by showing this will it effect my attempt ??

ther is no provision dear... either if u can take back date transfer... and back date registration to a new CA

Thanks...bt if i get transfer frm the next date of termination then is there any possibility to not to get my attemot delay??
