what will be the effects of doing dummy or part time articleship? please guide me

Look ICAI opposes to take dummy, if any candidate will found guilty of that then ICAI will take step against both principal & Article.
It has also side effects like a dummy candidate can't learn practical work, and will find difficulty at work place.
