hello sir
i have completed my 11 months article ship and i want to transfer but my ca refused me and he is saying that if you want to transfer than you must inform me before 3 months ago.
any role to inform before 3 months for transfer ?????????
now what i can do suggest me ????

U can take transfer only with consent of ur principal. Try to convince him.

In that case there is no option, u must have to continue there only.

It will harm u only, ur principal will extend ur Articleship tenure n that will result in delay of ur Final Attempt.
The only way is to convince him/her, coz his/her consent is most important irrespective of other case.
I, suggest to continue there, and try to capture more n more opportunities. U must have to show him/her that u r capable to handle big projects, and try to impress ur principal by ur work.
By the way can u say y u wana transfer from that place?

due to personal problem . i will have to go m y home town and i cant stay here longer.
