you gotta apply with the HR. prefer sending your CV through any current Big4 employee. CVs sent directly through email may not evince much response.
once they call you, it is normally 2-4 rounds of HR round, technical interview, written test etc...the order of tests can vary and there can be elimination tests if the number of candidates is high.
