How many times can any article change articleship from one ca to another. What are the limitations

But transfer should be as per icai rules

With in one year..transfer allowed with iut any restrictions

Rest of period u need icai prior permission for transfer

Means icai will approve ur request for transfer only if there is a valid reason for transfer
