30 December 2013 I TOOK A TERMINATION AFTER MY ONE YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP I'M NO MORE GOING TO CONTINUE MY CA SHOULD TAKE THE APPROVAL OF INSTITUTE OR JUST SUBMIT FORM 109?

30 December 2013 you mandatoril required to get permission of icai for taking transfer after one year

make an application to icai seeking transfer specifying reason for transfer along with your boss recommendation with same reason and his no objection for your transfer
..
then icai will see your reason and if it is acceptable it will give you permission and later you can send form 109 to icai and re-register with other ca

31 December 2013 then just make a call to icai and inform them that you want to leave ca

they will let you know

if you want to left CA no need to foolow any process but it is good to take termination as per icai so that next time if you come back to ca what ever you have done will not goes waste
