if i dont complete my gmcs in 1 year from the reg. of articleship then what will happen ?

ICAI Doens't prescribed any punishment for not completing of GMCS-1 with in the time specified by it's regulations. So you will not face any problem, but you not get memebership of ICAI till completion of all the requirements/qualifications indicated by it's regulations to get membership of ICAI.
So completion of GMCS-1 as early as possible is better.
