28 November 2013 sir i' m already taken transfer within one year .my exam is due in may 2014.it is possible to take transfer now.if yes what is the procedure,& if no any other options available. further i give application of reading leave for 6 months but may prncipal chartered refuse my application.n told me that hi is not going to singn my exam form.is he do so.? n how many months readinh leavre allowable by institue. please guide me in this situation in a right way .....

28 November 2013 generally no good firm allow for 6 months leave it will be in range of 3-4 months maximum

he has all right to restrict your leaves..

as per institute exam leave is 3 months ,,out of this if you take any leave for ipcc it will get reduced from it
