Hai sir,
i failed to send articlship forms to chennai within 30 days from the date of frankling now
how can i pay late fee of rs 100. i mean i can pay by hand (or) it needs a DD, im living in Hyderabad.

it should be DD just like you have taken for articleship registration fee
