hello everyone!!I am doing my B.com (regular) in evening time(2:30pm-7:30pm)
I want to do my Articleship as i have cleared my IPCC(both groups)
Can i do articles along wit my regular college??
if so should i file Form.112????

your principal needs to certify that the classes won't clash with his office timings.
he supposed to ensure that:
a) The working hours for the articled assistant shall be 35 hours in a week excluding the lunch break.
b) The office hours of the principal for providing articled training to the articled assistant shall not be generally before 9.00 a.m. or after 7.00 p.m.
c) The normal working hours for the articled assistant shall not start after 11.00 a.m. or end before 5.00 p.m.
With the above conditions it may become impossible for your principal to sign Form 112.
The above is all theory. In practice, you can adjust anything and everything as long as your CA is agreeable to it. needless to say in case someone report it to ICAI, action may be taken.

Yes you can do your B.com along with pursuing CA,
However its better to submit form 112 as soon as possible...
