If yes then you can register for articlship today..
However, make sure that ICAI Branch is open or Not today....

You have to submit the form of articleship to the ICAI regional Office along with required documents...

Today is the last date for articleship reg. to write on may,2016 Final exams....
Fill your articleship form today with commencement of articleship date 31.10.2013..
and you have to submit it within 30 days....
If you don't fill it today then your CA final term will delayed by six months...
