In form 103 there is no option related to direct entry scheme.

For 103 doesn't contain on which grounds you commencing your articleship it is the form only for registration of your articleship, so IPCC Registration form shall contain the option what you required.
So in form 103 just has contain the details for which period of articleship training you commencing and agreeing between employer and student. Since it doesn't contain the details about your course.
