DUE TO MY FINANCIAL PROBLEM I WOULD LIKE TO TERMINATE MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING FOR ONE YEAR AFTER COMPLITION OF 9MONTH.

IF I DID SO,

1. CAN I ATTEND THE MAY 2014 ATTEMPT OF IPCC ?
2. CAN I RE-REGISTER FOR ARTICLESHIP AFTER 1YEAR GAP ?
IF YES,
HOW WILL IT BE CONSIDERED AS FRESH REGISTRATION / RE-REGISTRATION / TRANSFER ?

PLEASE ASSIST ME FOR THE SAME.

16 October 2013 1)not possible because delay you made in re-registration of articleship will extend the date of competion of articleship which extends your ca final attempt

please note you will get ca final attempt in last 6 months of articleship..i.e, after completing 2.5 years of articleship

2)yes, you can,,but i recommend you to take icai official confirmation before doing this

3)it is treated as transfer when you terminate and taken as re-registration when you registered again with another ca
