i hav bi problm here
i had completed ipcc both grps in this feb results., and i had registered for articles as on 31 mar 2013 ., and i had taken transfer as on 24.6.2013 ., while taking transfer my principle asked me to register for final ., so i had taken dd on 20.6.2013 ., but i didnt send dat dd to institute dat means im not registered fr final till today., and i lost dat dd later i cancelled dat dd., b cse based on da assumption der is 1 year tym for final registration .,noe if i am going to register for final today i need to mention the present principle ., i had no present principle because my transfer date on form 102 was as on 24.06.2013 ., and even my transfer was not accepted until today .,
plss solve my prblm plsss

I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

So no need to take registration on the basis of principal suggestion.

15 October 2013 It is not mandatory to submit registration form with the attestation of Principal. You can do attestation from other member of ICAI.

15 October 2013 i asked him b4 bt he is not responding., i want to send final registration form on tommorow by taking dd wid tommorow date only., on dat form i ll mention da old principle name as my present principle b cse even he had given me transfer on 24.6.2013 bt it was not acceptd by icai.., and i ll mention dis all matter in a separate letter ..,
so am i rit r wrong

15 October 2013 As on date of signing of application by you the final registration form at that time who was your principal. That principal will sign your form.
