10 October 2013 hello sir..
i have passed my both grps of ipcc in may attempt ..
i have recently got a cl fr joining my articleship in mumbai from the 21st october ..so sir can plz tell me if my registration letter doesnt reach icai bfore 31st oct will my final attempt be delayed by 6 months ...and also plz can u let me know by when should i register for the final xams

However, you should contact your ICAI branch for the same..
