AND ON THIS THE REPLY OF THE INSTITUTE WAS THAT THEY HAVE NO PROVISION REGARDING THIS ISSUE.THEY WILL SEND MY APPLICATION TO THE HEAD OFFICE.AND THEY WILL ACCEPT OR REJECT.
WHAT CAN I DO SIR?
so just get prior permission from icai for transfer of article ship saying reason as "your boss dont have work to train articles" anad along with recommendation of your boss with same reason
icai definetely accepts your request and sends its permission for the same
as and when you got permission you submit form 109 for transfer along with icai permission letter copy
