15 June 2013 I will complete 2 years of my articleship in August 2013 and I want to take transfer to some other state can I so that and till now I was working as a dummy article in my CA firm and I want a good CA firm in pune from where I can get good training and experience in my last one year.....................

15 June 2013 1)No request for transfer is permitted after 2 years of article ship..only option to leave firm after 2 years is
(i)secondment of article ship
(ii)industrial training

2)In second year of aricle ship if you want to transfer means you should have some valid reason..

The articled assistants are required, in the first instance, to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal, in their own interest.

The request, on any one or more of the aforesaid grounds, of an articled assistant on a plain paper with recommendations of the Principal for transfer / termination of articleship accompanied by evidence/proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) to the satisfaction of the Institute be made.
