sir,
i have passed my 2nd group of pe2 in nov2006 and gave my 1st gr in may2007.i got exemption in 2 subjects but could clear 1.so had to give that in nov 2007.can i join my articleship from dec itself and tell me the procedure of it

No. Wait till result. If you want to join CA office you can do so. On paper you will not get credt.

before join as a articled clerk u need to pass CA PE -II after that your articles will counts
