I submitted my articleship form two months back but havenot received letter from the institute neither they have updated it online .
please suggest some valuable solutions

27 February 2013 Due to the heavy work at the student department and lack of staff the process will going slow now it taking nearly 4 months to get reply from the ICAI. However to know status of your article ship process please post your query at e-sahaayaataa available at www.icai.org under student option at the bottom of such page.

I have posted my query on e-sahaayataa 4 times but did not receive the verification mail even once.

can you help me by giving any phone no. where I can raise my question?

27 February 2013 No use of phone no because of they are not attending the phone calls and some times watchmans or securities are attending the calls and doesn't giving proper answer so my suggestion is please try with another email id than before you tried.
