I had registered for ipcc both groups and atc with articles. now dat i have cleared both groups of ipcc do i still have to pay articleship fees?

You are saying you registered your IPCC both groups and atc with articles. I.e you also paid articleship registration fees at the time of registration to IPCC. So now you need not to required to pay such articleship fee just you have to fill the details regarding payment of fees i.e DD no, date at the form 103 at the place provided for that.
