30 September 2012 i have completed my articleship on 19th sept and i have submitted form 108 signed by my CA but a person who is incharge of office is forcing me to come office upto feb and he is threating me that if i could not came office then he will file complaint against me in institute and i dont know on what basis he is going to file complaint .the person is not CA but manages whole office activity as my CA does not came office , she visit office once in six months.So please help me what should i do whether i should continue going office or not.My articleship status in my CA's record shown is completed as per icai site

30 September 2012 Since, form for completion of article ship has been submitted and taken on record and a Completion certificate has already been issued you need not worry and succumb to the threats
