MY CHARTERED IS NOT READY TO GIVE TRANSFER TO ME. WT CAN I DO AGAINST THIS.PLEASE HELP ME...

Ur CA is not supposed to deny ur transfer. Ask him the reason and try to convince him politely by giving out proper reasons of the transfer
