10 July 2012 For Articlehship U must have passed Group 1 of Inter of CA and after the result u can join any CA firm for 3 years training. It is to be noted that u can do ur training under Practising CA only not company etc. and immediately after joining,ur PCA shall make a contract b/w u and him on a Rs. 50 stamp paper for 3 years training, copy of which u hv to submit in the ICAI. In the 1st year if u dunt find comfortable u can change ur training by obtaininig NOC from ur Boss and ur previous training shall be definitely counted but if u wud like to change ur firm after 1 year, u wl not be allowed to do so and if u do, ur previous training shall not be counted. ok All the Best. :)
