If u want to go for Practice in future after completing ur CS then u shud join a PCS or LLP, or Law firm but if u want to do job after CS then u shud join Company for Training.
And if u are confused or not yet decided for ur future then half training u can do in firm and half in a company. But wherever u gt training just join it coz mkt. is going very bad and students are not getting training. ok
Best of luck. :)
