Hi sir, i had taken a transfer i am registring in new firm after 3 months any late fee i want to pay due to delay of registration from the date of transfer

Unable to understand properly. If u r asking about delay in registration to articles to the new firm, then u need not to pay any amount. Ur attempt to finals may delay for that much time, if u exceeds the leaves allowed by ICAI.
