I have got my articleship form Frankling done but don't want to continue with that firm . I didn't submit form yet . So what are consequences . And what is procedure to join other firm . Do I need to submit anyother form . Or It would amount to registration

If you did not submit forms 102 & 103 then your registration is not yet done.
So, fill new forms with new CA Firm & submit those forms ignoring old ones.
