23 April 2015 I joined articleship on 1 st feb 2015.
I submitted the registration form on 25/2/2015 as per the timelimit within one month.
But my principal has paid COP on 17/4/2015
The institute asked me to submit the form 103 again as i started my articleship only on 17/4/2015. what about my 3 months period
please anybody help me.what to do

23 April 2015 now you can get a bit of relaxation from ur boss if he alows u in future for this 3 month extra work...

but i recommend that icai should take action against those CA... who arent holding cop and yet registering article under them.... this is really a serious case

23 April 2015 But mistake is not my side. My principal said that cop is active .How I will know his cop status

23 April 2015 thats what m saying this na... if u want to complain against him... u can write an application to icai regarding this three month period.. or contact helpline
