Articles transfer after 1 year 8 months

10 October 2013 Dear Freinds,

Kindly Help me out Regarding Articleship Transfer after 1 year

My Articles started from 29/02/2012 to 28/02/2015.Total Three Years

Right now I have Successfully completed 1 year 7 months totaly 19 moths.under X member who is an Partner of XYZ&Co Firm.

but where as the said X Member Retired the XYZ&Co Firm as on 01/10/2013,but he dose not surrender His COP..

My Qussition is When Will Be my Articlse Get Affected As on Date Retirment Of X Member From the XYZ&Co.or When He Surrender his COP..

other wise can i work under him only (not in the XYZ&CO FIRM)untill he surrender his COP becaus he is about moveing to employment..else i should get transfer to another member on the date retirment if yes kindly Advis me What are the steps i have to taken

In this procedure i wanted not to extend my articels duration becaus retirment took place 01/10/2013 i am still woring in the XYZ&CO Firm.. I Wanted To Get Transferto Another Charted Accounted number.

plz advise me.. thanks in advance.

10 October 2013 Kindly contact nearest icai branch or make a call to icai and ask for the procedure to take transfer in this regard

IT is valid reason so you can take transfer from on this ground and can register under another employer

10 October 2013 Dear Sir,

Which Date Shall I Execute the 109 form on the date of retirement date i.e 1/10/2013.or
when he going to surrender his COP certificate(i.e 31/10/2013.but i have called to institute they said execute on date of retirement.and consent letter by the principal if i do like this what ever gap is there that will be extended that is from 1/10/2013 and 10/10/2013 kindly resolve my doubt regard to this thanking you..
