Sir
I registered my IPCC from Southern region , but i want to take my articles from Eastern region .
Can i have a chance to take ?
If its possible please tell me the the procedure how to apply ?

Yes, you have that chance. In case if you in the first year of articles then first submit form 109 to your southern region ICAI and then re-register for articleship with your new employer as you register for first time but all the forms has to send to Eastern region ICAI.
In case you completed one year of articleship training then first you have to write a request letter to ICAI with proper reason to terminate after receipt of acceptance from ICAI you have to submit form 109 after reply from ICAI for form 109 then you have to re-register your articleship for balance period of service with the new employer.
